In January I became a blogger. I thought it would be fun to diarise the 6 months to my 60th birthday. Little did I realise what fun it would be. I developed a love of writing and sharing with people who visit my blog. Mostly it is about my garden, gardening and other gardens I have visited. Occasional a post will be a social comment or something about my family. You will also find the occasional book review. Click on the link on the side bar "Hurtled to 60 and Now Beyond".
For my 60th birthday in July I was bought a SLR camera because when writing my blog I found a love of photography.
This is a seperate blog and I intend to use it just chart my learning curve of knowing my camera and sharing my photographs with you.
Most of the photos will be of plants and flowers but as I develop my skills there is no limit to what you will find on this blog. I hope you keep coming back.
